4.2 Currency. All transactions on the tgcloud Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tgcloud does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. tgcloud may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
4.6 Transaction Fees. tgcloud does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction fees, for which tgcloud bears no responsibility.
4.7 Deposit Matching. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tgcloud will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the associated tgcloud account.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tgcloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 tgcloud's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tgcloud account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 tgcloud does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tgcloud will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11.1 tgcloud reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where tgcloud reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws or PAGCOR regulations.
11.2 You may close your tgcloud account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 tgcloud will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken due to your breach of these Terms.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and tgcloud, you agree to first contact tgcloud's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. tgcloud will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 tgcloud's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by tgcloud may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
